Whether managing Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS), cellular boosters, Private LTE (pLTE), or Wi-Fi deployments, you take pride in driving a project from the initial sales handoff through to final closeout. A natural communicator and diplomat, you thrive as the central liaison between customers, construction teams, and internal stakeholders, ensuring every deployment is a seamless success. Perks You'll Enjoy * 5 Weeks PTO * Remote Work * Anniversary Gift Plan * Employee referral program * Annual wellness credit * Health, Vision, Dental, Life Insurance available * HSA Account * 401k matching Responsibilities * Support the mission, vision, and values of Powernet Project Planning & Execution * Lead project delivery from post-sales handoff through final implementation and closeout. * Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies. * Coordinate site readiness, installation timelines, and commissioning activities for wireless and RF infrastructure deployments. * Facilitate project kickoff, status, and closeout meetings with internal and external stakeholders. * Manage change orders, project risks, and scope adjustments throughout the project lifecycle. Wireless Solution Coordination * Coordinate design and implementation efforts for: + In-building cellular and Public Safety booster systems + Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS) + Private LTE (pLTE) networks + Enterprise Wi-Fi solutions + Structured cabling supporting wireless infrastructure * Schedule and oversee site surveys, RF surveys, and post-installation validation testing. * Collaborate with RF and Network Engineering teams to ensure designs meet performance and compliance standards. Stakeholder & Vendor Management * Serve as the primary communication point for customers, construction managers, subcontractors, and vendors. * Coordinate field crews, subcontractors, and third-party installers to ensure proper execution and scheduling alignment. * Provide regular project status updates and proactively resolve delivery challenges. Financial & Resource Management * Track project budgets, monitor labor utilization, and identify cost risks. * Support subcontractor selection, onboarding, and performance oversight. Documentation & Quality Assurance * Maintain accurate project documentation including project plans, RF documentation, and installation records. * Support quality assurance reviews to validate system performance and compliance.
