 * Ability to pick up new HR systems quickly; experience using Workday and/or IFS is preferred
 * Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
 * Must have exceptional written and oral communication skills
 * Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business, or related field

## Description

EBAD is looking to hire a Temporary Human Resources Coordinator to join the team in Simsbury, CT. The Human Resources Coordinator is effectively the first line of support to all EBAD employees in Simsbury and a key front-facing team member of the HR team., * Be first line of support for all employees and triage inquiries as necessary in a timely manner

 * Assist with day-to-day coordination of HR processes, programs, and initiatives
 * Own the pre-hire and onboarding process including new hire preparation, day one orientation and onboarding
 * Maintain accurate and timely entry of employee data within HR systems including Workday and IFS
 * Become Workday and IFS lead for the EBAD Simsbury HR Team; partner with Workday and IFS stakeholders to increase efficiency of HR processes
 * Coordinate coin recognition, service anniversary and tuition reimbursement programs
 * Maintain the HR staffing dashboard and various Workday and Excel reports as needed for the HR Team
