with students and teachers * Punctuality, flexibility, strong self-management, and self-initiative skills * Understanding of vocational practices, procedures, expectations, and the instructional practices that will facilitate students' proficiency in their technical area REPORTS TO: Vocational Director

## Description

JOB DESCRIPTION: * Provide student-centered, differentiated lessons, units, and projects that align with the MA CTE ISSN Frameworks * Employ various instructional techniques to engage all learners * Create a classroom environment that is conducive to learning and appropriate to the maturity and interests of the students * Guide the learning process toward the achievement of established district curriculum goals, establish and communicate clear objectives to students for lessons, units, labs, and projects * Maintain timely record keeping via PowerSchool (student information and grading system) and electronic student competency tracking * Maintain up-to-date files, including student records * Maintain classroom management through an understanding and adherence to accepted school policies * Provide assistance to students serving make-up or detention * Participate in district professional development activities and school improvement initiatives * Participate collaboratively in the
