## About the Role

Do you have experience in Recruiting?, * At least 5 years of previous work experience as an IT Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role in the field of recruitment. Experience in consultancy firms is a must.

 * Strong understanding of the technical side of and IT alent Acquisition Specialist role.

 * Experience working with different ATS and technical tools to manage the recruiter's day to day.

 * Good oral and written communication skills.

 * Spanish level: native & English level: B2+ / C1

 * Ability to work with a team and work in a fast-paced and detail-oriented environment., it recruitment,talent pipeline management,candidate screening,interview process,offer negotiation,candidate engagement,sourcing

## Description

* End-to-end lifecycle of IT recruitment, which includes sourcing, screening and conducting interviews.
 * Manage the IT talent hub through job boards and procure the right talent for the company by screening resumes, doing interviews and managing the different databases at our disposal.
 * Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to ensure their hiring expectations are met and adjust recruitment strategies as needed.
 * Establish regular communication with candidates to keep them engaged throughout the recruitment process and after placement.
