Professional Skills:

 * Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with a focus on collaboration and transparency.
 * Proactive problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.

Education:

 * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.

Experience:

 * 5-7 years of hands-on experience with .NET technologies, database management, and web application development.

## Description

* Develop, test, and maintain software applications and services using .NET Framework 4.8, ASP.NET, C#, and VB.NET.
 * Create, maintain, and optimize Windows Services for business operations.

Database Management:

 * Design and manage SQL Server databases, including data modeling, performance tuning, and optimizing SQL queries.
 * Implement and manage stored procedures, triggers, and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) for reporting needs.

Front-End Development:

 * Develop responsive and interactive user interfaces using JavaScript and AJAX Toolkit.
 * Ensure seamless integration between the front end and back end for a robust user experience.

Reporting & Analytics:

 * Utilize SSRS to create, modify, and manage data-driven reports that meet business requirements.
 * Design and implement reporting solutions that provide actionable insights.
