Do you have experience in Technical writing within technology?, Do you have a Associate's degree?, * 5+ years of experience in software engineering or data engineering

 * Strong proficiency in Python
 * Experience building APIs and microservices-based architectures
 * Hands-on experience with data pipelines and distributed or event-driven systems
 * Solid understanding of observability (logging, monitoring, tracing)
 * Experience working in Agile development environments
 * Strong problem-solving, communication, and system-design skills

Bonus Points If You Have

 * Experience with AI/LLM integration and workflows
 * Exposure to agent orchestration frameworks (LangChain, Semantic Kernel, similar)
 * Familiarity with LLMOps or MLOps practices
 * Experience with vector databases, embeddings, or RAG architectures
 * Cloud experience with Azure, GCP, or AWS
 * Experience in healthcare or regulated industries

Education & Certifications You Need

 * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
OR

 * Associate's degree with 2+ additional years of relevant engineering experience
OR

 * 2+ years of hands-on experience coding applications/services in a high-level language

## Description

* Design and implement an MCP (Model/Agent Communication Platform) enabling agent orchestration, communication, and observability
 * Build and scale ETL/ELT data pipelines supporting AI/LLM and analytics use cases
 * Develop frameworks for agent monitoring, control, and traceability
 * Integrate AI systems with enterprise data platforms, APIs, and cloud services
 * Support data ingestion, transformation, and orchestration workflows
 * Ensure performance, scalability, resilience, and reliability of AI-driven systems
 * Participate in Agile and DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines
 * Troubleshoot complex system issues using root-cause analysis and observability tools
 * Produce and maintain clear technical documentation
