Key Requirements:

 * 5+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise network environments
 * Strong understanding of Layer 3 routing, VLANs, and SD-WAN solutions
 * Proficiency with Cisco switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless systems
 * Experience configuring and troubleshooting network hardware and protocols
 * Knowledge of enterprise networking technologies beyond small business setups
 * Ability to set up and manage network devices remotely
 * Relevant certifications (Cisco, CompTIA, or equivalent) preferred
 * Excellent communication skills, capable of working with diverse teams
 * Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving

## Description

* Design, install, and maintain core network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, and SD-WAN devices
 * Ensure seamless network operations across multiple locations, including remote sites and data centers
 * Monitor network performance, identify issues, and implement timely solutions
 * Maintain network security through firewalls, VPNs, and access controls
 * Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to ensure compliance with security policies
 * Work closely with IT teams and management to understand and deliver network solutions
 * Troubleshoot and resolve connectivity issues quickly and effectively
 * Develop disaster recovery strategies for network components
 * Provide second and third-level support for complex network incidents
 * Document network configurations, updates, and procedures
 * Assist in infrastructure upgrades and future capacity planning
 * Stay current with industry trends and incorporate new technologies as appropriate
