Do you have experience in Report preparation?, * 2+ years of experience in data labeling, data analysis, or quantitative analysis related to machine learning.

 * Exceptional communication skills for delivering clear, concise feedback and reports.

 * Familiarity with free-to-play (F2P), in-app purchases (IAP), ad monetization, or user acquisition.

## Description

We're looking for a Data Labeler to join our team - someone who thrives at the intersection of data analysis, data insights, and data interpretation. In this role, you'll ensure the quality of the datasets that power AI systems in the mobile apps and games ecosystem. Your work will directly influence model accuracy, fairness, and performance, impacting millions of users worldwide.

This is more than a labeling role - you'll act as a data quality analyst, insights architect, and strategist, investigating how data shapes outcomes and driving improvements that lead to stronger, smarter AI.

What You'll Do

 * Curate high-quality benchmark datasets that support unbiased model evaluation.
 * Analyze disagreements between human judgments and AI outputs, applying a quantitative analyst mindset to uncover trends, edge cases, and root causes.
 * Translate complex product goals into clear data strategies and actionable insights that refine labeling guidelines and evaluation standards.
 * Serve as a data specialist and subject matter expert, helping shape definitions of quality checks (e.g., relevance, clarity, value-add) across products.
 * Provide timely insights and recommendations on escalations, acting as both a data interpreter and problem solver.
