In this role, you will not only drive data-driven decision-making across the organisation but also coach and develop a team of analysts. You will play a key role in shaping our data strategy, mentoring team members, and ensuring high-quality insights that directly impact business performance. Working closely with Finance, Marketing, Operations, and senior leadership, you will extract actionable insights from our data, helping optimise operations, enhance member experiences, and support our ambitious growth plans., Data & Analytics * Conduct market research and analyses to identify new club locations * Develop business cases for expansion, including new builds, mergers, and acquisitions * Design, build, and maintain robust ETL processes to structure data from various sources * Create data models, views, tables, and reports supporting operational and strategic goals * Develop dashboards and visualisations to enable informed, data-driven decisions * Analyse growth, customer behaviour, and performance to identify opportunities and risks * Query databases to uncover insights related to revenue, member retention, and engagement * Translate data into actionable recommendations to support commercial and strategic decisions Leadership & Team Management * Coach and develop a team of Data Analysts * Establish best practices in analytics, reporting, and data governance * Act as a key stakeholder for senior leadership, translating business needs into analytical solutions * Drive continuous improvement within the BI team, including tools, processes, and capabilities ## Related Videos - [Hacking MSSQL on Cloud.
