Do you have experience in Technical troubleshooting support?, * Strong working knowledge of Windows 11 operating systems

## Description

We are seeking an IT Administrator to support and strengthen our firm's network, systems, and security infrastructure. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who places a strong emphasis on accurate documentation, consistent ticket handling, standardization, and best practices, particularly in environments that manage sensitive client data., * Manage internal IT support tickets, ensuring thorough, timely, and consistent documentation of troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and outcomes

 * Maintain clear and organized ticket records to support audits, knowledge sharing, and process improvement
 * Handle daily, monthly, and quarterly audits as assigned
 * Provide ongoing administration and support of network infrastructure, including switches and related hardware
