* Beheren en optimaliseren van Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
 * Gebruikers ondersteunen met 2e-lijns support
 * Vertalen van businesswensen naar concrete ERP-oplossingen
 * Functionaliteiten inrichten en procesverbeteringen doorvoeren
 * Updates, patches en releases coördineren en testen
 * Datakwaliteit en autorisaties bewaken
 * Documentatie en functionele designs opstellen
 * Samenwerken met externe implementatie- en supportpartners
 * Proactief verbeterpunten signaleren en implementeren
