This role is responsible for leading and implementing manufacturing and facility improvements across the division, with a strong focus on safety, quality, delivery, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with a demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives, collaborate across functions, and deliver measurable results that align with business objectives.
