Plusses: * Prior experience building data annotation or labeling tools. * Understanding of ML/AI workflows * Experience with LLM, RLHF workflows, or agent evaluation dashboards. * Comfortable deploying applications in Kubernetes environments. * Strong security awareness (OWASP top 10 familiarity). * Automation-focused mindset. § Prior experience working on widely recognized, business-critical products where delivery timelines matter ## Description We are seeking a Senior Front End Software Engineer with deep experience building intuitive, high-quality user interfaces and internal tooling. You will join a small team of AI researchers and engineers at Salesforce working on advanced AI applications (e.g., agentforce, labelforce or Everse). Your role will focus heavily on building web tools and interfaces that make complex AI systems easy to use. This role is not exploratory or greenfield only-you will be on the hook for maintaining and evolving production systems that support products used at scale. Your work will directly impact how AI systems are built, evaluated, and delivered to internal teams and, ultimately, Salesforce customers. Example Project - Everse One example project is Everse, an enterprise evaluation and simulation platform for AI agents. Everse enables teams to: * Simulate voice and text agents using configurable personas (tone, speech speed, call quality) * Execute automated test suites to evaluate agent behavior in realistic scenarios * Analyze outcomes, compare agent versions, detect regressions, and ensure consistent performance across deployments You will own major portions of the UI/UX and front-end architecture powering Everse and future Salesforce AI tools, with a strong emphasis on reliability, scalability, and delivery for widely used internal platforms. Key Responsibilities & Qualifications * Lead development and maintenance of core web tools and front-end applications. * Build responsive, high-performance interfaces using React, TypeScript, Next.js * Develop backend APIs and services using Node.js (Python familiarity a plus). * Translate UX designs and prototypes into clean, maintainable production code. * Maintain strong testing practices (Jest, component/unit testing). * Ensure UI performance, stability, and scalability across products. * Collaborate closely with AI scientists, backend engineers, and product stakeholders. * Take ownership of features from design through production and ongoing support We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
