Work closely with program areas, project sponsors, and system subject matter experts to understand member and provider data domains and identity resolution challenges.
Translate complex technical findings and data limitations into clear, non-technical language for business users and leadership.
Serve as a bridge between technical teams and operational stakeholders. Master Data Management & Analytics
Support enterprise master data management initiatives using Informatica MDM.
Extract, integrate, profile, and analyze member and provider identity data from multiple internal and external sources.
Develop and validate client and provider identification strategies for analytics and reporting initiatives.
Support enterprise analytics, reporting, and strategic decision-making through effective data integration. Data Reporting & Visualization
Collaborate with end users, performance analysts, and IT leadership to support reporting and visualization initiatives.
Validate identity data and ensure consistency across reporting solutions.
Support analytical initiatives involving complex member and provider data. Data Governance & Quality
Ensure adherence to agency data governance standards, policies, and compliance requirements.
Support data quality initiatives and identity management best practices.
Assist in identifying and resolving data inconsistencies across systems. Data Literacy & Training
Promote enterprise adoption of master data management practices.
Develop training materials, documentation, and user guides for master data usage.
