The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions * Ability to perform routine situations and procedures with limited supervision. * Excellent customer service skills. * Strong team player with ability to build positive and collaborative relationships within the ConnectWise organization. * Experience with IT and networking systems - server rack and stack, network cable installation and management of both fiber and copper. * Proficiency with technical tools such as PuTTY (for SSH & serial console access). * Ability to work independently and with limited supervision to complete assigned tasks in an asynchronous time zone environment. * Demonstrated high standards for workmanship, organization, and cleanliness with tasks, equipment and workspaces. * Demonstrated good troubleshooting skills to investigate and resolve system and infrastructure issues. * Willing to respond to irregular off hour emergency calls and schedule off hour maintenance.
