This role serves as the primary technical resource for customers, distributors, and internal personnel requiring assistance with machine setup, troubleshooting, warranty claims, and welding process applications. The ideal candidate possesses strong hands-on welding knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to diagnose equipment and application issues over the phone, through email, and through video communication. This is a self-directed position requiring independent decision-making, sound technical judgment, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer support.
