Serving as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, you will guide clients through complex implementations while balancing business priorities, technical requirements, organizational readiness, and client expectations. You will lead highly visible client engagements, facilitate strategic discussions, navigate ambiguity, and drive alignment across multiple business and technical workstreams. This role requires someone who can operate at both the strategic and execution levels. Your ability to build trust, influence stakeholders, anticipate risks, and drive accountability will directly impact client satisfaction, project success, product adoption, and long-term partnerships.
