## Description

* Technical leadership: Drive the overall architectural vision for Alloy's proprietary slicer and controls software, focusing primarily on software product design and strategy, with a strategic balance between hands-on technical contribution and people management.
 * Agile development process and rituals: Optimize the agile development process and rituals to ensure efficient delivery of high-quality software features.
 * Manage team interfaces: Serve as the primary facilitator and technical partner, collaborating effectively across the organization with the process, machines, production, and thermal design teams to align software development with system-wide goals.
 * Maintain best practices: Establish and enforce standards across the entire software development lifecycle, including code quality, documentation, testing, and deployment workflows.
 * Grow the team: Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing software team, fostering a culture of technical excellence, continuous learning, and psychological safety.
