Our team discovers, documents, and rationalizes a large and complex enterprise IT estate - spanning networks, infrastructure, applications, data, and identity - to establish an authoritative baseline and chart a clear path toward a consolidated, well-governed target state. We seek professionals who are not only technically proficient but also adaptable, analytical, and dedicated to excellence, ensuring that we continue to provide our clients with the best expertise available., The Senior Systems Engineer - Microsoft Infrastructure & Messaging is a hands-on specialist responsible for discovering, documenting, and rationalizing the Microsoft server, messaging, and core network services that carry the bulk of day-to-day operations. This role works fluently across Windows Server (2016-2022) and Microsoft Exchange in both virtualized and on-premises environments, with deep DNS, DHCP, and IP address management (DDI) expertise, including Infoblox. The Senior Systems Engineer is solution-oriented - not only documenting how the environment is built today, but recommending how to structure it for the target state - and covers the on-premises and virtualized footprint, partnering with the Cloud Engineer, who covers the public-cloud estate., This is a full-time, onsite role based in Washington, D.C., requiring availability during normal business hours, with occasional night and weekend work as needed based on program demands.
