## Description

We are seeking a Desktop Support Technician to provide onsite technical support focused on PC troubleshooting, imaging, and hardware asset management. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and delivers excellent customer service while maintaining accurate documentation., * Perform extensive PC troubleshooting and repair for desktops, laptops, and peripherals.

 * Execute recent PC imaging, configuration, and deployment activities.
 * Manage and maintain accurate hardware inventory records.
 * Document support activities, procedures, and asset details thoroughly.
 * Provide responsive, customer-focused technical support to end users.
 * Ensure organized handling of equipment, tickets, and support requests.
