The ideal candidate demonstrates a passion for upholding rigorous safety standards and following procedural requirements while looking beyond what's been done and embracing innovation to scale to the growing needs of Amazon Robotics globally. In order to be effective, qualified candidates must possess a technical background and prior technical experience to enable them to deeply understand and relate to the technical content with which they will work, and the audiences for whom they will develop content. They must be able to dive deep into the technical aspects of a topic and understand it themselves, and then translate that understanding into high quality training content and programs for other technical audiences., * 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience * 2+ years of acting in a team lead capacity, supporting, training, and mentoring less experienced maintenance technicians experience * 2+ years of conducting predictive and preventative maintenance procedures experience * 2+ years of repairing material handling equipment (MHE), automated conveyor systems, or related mechanical/controls equipment experience * 2+ years of demonstrating safety standards experience * 2+ years of troubleshooting and diagnostics of material handling equipment (MHE) experience * High school diploma, or equivalent * Experience as a trainer and ability to manage a classroom of learners * Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays * Experience with Learning & Development and course facilitation or an equivalent professional qualification, or experience in facilitating * Experience working directly with business stakeholders to translate between data and business needs * Experience in written and oral communication, including the ability to communicate with all levels in the organization (technical, business, executive) * Experience prioritizing and handling multiple assignments at any given time while maintaining commitment to deadlines, or experience completing complex tasks quickly with little to no guidance and react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround * Experience handling administrative details independently, while exercising good judgment in keeping team members adequately informed * Travel 50-85% depending on deliverable requirements, * Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) * Experience with technical writing, or experience with multimedia content creation * Experience with project management * Experience developing or delivering training programs across multiple sites or regions * Experience leading projects across multiple stakeholders * Experience working with changing priorities and schedules * Experience editing technical content * 4+ years of Amazon RME (Reliability Maintenance Engineering) experience, or experience with benchmarking technical equipment and metrics ## Description * Partner with teams across AR and Global Customer Fulfillment to capture and deliver best practices for robotic maintenance and training * Deliver training on robotic technologies in partnership with SMEs * Write training requirements documentation * Monitor training development activities to ensure alignment with needs and project timelines * Attend project meetings to assess emerging changes to training and to provide status updates * Assess training delivery needs ## Related Videos - [Robots are coming into the wild!
