Do you have experience in Spreadsheets?, * Strong Stepwise / ABACUS development experience

 * Strong programming & logical problem-solving skills
 * SQL (Mandatory) - data extraction & validation
 * Advanced Excel (Mandatory) - analysis & rate testing
 * Insurance domain (pricing/rating systems) experience

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

 * Exposure to Underwriting / Actuarial concepts
 * Experience in insurance product configuration / pricing models
 * Agile/Scrum experience
 * Exposure to front-end changes / integrations

## Description

Seeking a hands-on Stepwise Developer with strong insurance domain expertise to build and maintain rating algorithms, pricing logic, and product configurations within the ABACUS/Stepwise platform. This is a techno-functional role working closely with underwriting, actuarial, and IT teams., * Develop rating algorithms, pricing logic, and product configurations using Stepwise

 * Perform system configuration changes (rates, tables, outputs, structures)
 * Translate business/underwriting requirements into system functionality
 * Work with business, IT, and vendors to ensure timely delivery & quality
 * Analyze, validate, and troubleshoot data using SQL & Excel
 * Support defect tracking, production support, and enhancements
 * Monitor system performance and ensure business continuity
 * Provide end-user support, reporting, and documentation
