## Description

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Print Specialist to join our creative manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for producing high-quality printed materials through various printing techniques, ensuring color accuracy, and maintaining the integrity of design layouts. Your expertise will help bring innovative visual concepts to life across a range of print advertising, packaging, and promotional materials. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge printing technology and collaborate with talented graphic designers and production staff to deliver exceptional results., * Operate and maintain printing equipment; I.e., Summa vinyl cutting table, Roland TrueVis, Mimake Printer, Xerox Production Press, and other printing machinery to produce vibrant, accurate prints, bringing our customers visions to life.

 * Ensuring that materials are in stock and ordering low stock to ensure
 * Prepare artwork files using various tools, ensuring proper color management and layout design before printing.
 * Manage color consistency and quality control throughout the production process by utilizing color management tools and techniques.
 * Collaborate with graphic designers to review digital files in Adobe Creative Suite, Fiery, and other softwares, making necessary adjustments for optimal print output.
 * Conduct machining tasks related to print setup, including cutting, shaping, or finishing printed materials as needed.
 * Perform routine equipment maintenance and troubleshoot technical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
 * Implement quality control procedures to verify print accuracy, typography clarity, and overall finish quality across all projects.
