## Description

We're seeking a UX Copywriter to support a leading financial institution's innovative digital team. This contract role is based in Westwood, MA (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) and involves creating clear, user-centered content to enhance online banking experiences. Join a collaborative environment focused on improving customer journeys through compelling messaging.

UX Copywriter Responsibilities:

 * Develop and refine microcopy, product content, in-product messages, and transactional notifications across various platforms.
 * Collaborate with designers, researchers, and product managers to create cohesive, accessible, and impactful content.
 * Participate actively in team sessions, documenting and tracking copy development tasks.
 * Edit content for clarity, tone, usability, and accessibility using tools like Figma, Word, and Confluence.Support multiple projects, managing priorities and improving team workflows.
