This position is responsible for workflow design, user education, informatics, and implementation throughout the product lifecycle. This position closely collaborates with all teams in IS and key stakeholders as needed for project success. The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating organizational change across a complex, multi-site, statewide health system. The Program Manager I will work directly with both operational and clinical teams, identifying project champions, determining key performance indicators and developing strategies to track and measure success. In addition, the Program Manager I will be responsible for year-round orchestration governance, prioritization, risk management, and submission readiness across these stakeholders.
