Do you have experience in Root cause analysis?, * 2+ years of experience in Master Data Management (MDM), Data Governance, Data Quality, or related data operations.

 * Strong Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data cleansing techniques).
 * Experience with MDM platforms such as Informatica or similar solutions.
 * Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
 * Ability to interpret business rules, matching logic, and data quality standards.

## Description

We are seeking an MDM Data Quality & Cleansing Specialist to support enterprise Master Data Management (MDM) initiatives by resolving data quality issues, remediating match/merge fallout records, and ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of critical master data. This role partners with Data Governance, Data Stewards, and business teams to maintain high-quality data that supports organizational decision-making., * Investigate and remediate MDM match/merge fallout records and data exceptions.

 * Perform data cleansing activities including standardization, deduplication, validation, and formatting corrections.
 * Analyze recurring data issues and identify root causes.
 * Monitor data quality reports, exception queues, and dashboards.
 * Collaborate with Data Governance and business stakeholders to resolve data-related issues.
 * Document remediation actions and maintain compliance with governance standards.
