The ideal candidate will provide welcoming, high-quality customer service; maintain accurate and confidential client records; and work respectfully with individuals from diverse socioeconomic, ethnic, and cultural backgrounds, using a trauma-informed approach. This role requires professionalism, sound judgment, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with internet-based and computer applications.
