Experience in network implementation and maintenance is required; experience in data center/network planning, implementation, and operations management is preferred. * Technical Skills: Ability to independently install, configure, and maintain network equipment from mainstream vendors; proficient in major operating systems. * Language Skills: Proficiency in English and Mandarin is preferred. * Teamwork: Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to work efficiently with business teams to drive project progress. * Problem Solving: Ability to independently analyze and resolve issues, and propose effective solutions in complex scenarios. * Responsibility: Strong sense of responsibility, diligent, and able to work under pressure. * Service Mindset: Customer-focused, attentive to business needs, and proactive in identifying and resolving issues. Pay: $4,500.00 - $7,500.00 per month Experience: * Network engineering: 3 years (Preferred) Language: * Mandarin (Preferred) ## Description * Possess basic theoretical knowledge and hands-on experience in small to medium-sized network infrastructure, including network planning, deployment, and basic troubleshooting with a structured troubleshooting approach. * Responsible for the construction, maintenance, and optimization of the logistics park's business network, ensuring network stability and security, and promptly implementing risk prevention and emergency measures. * Responsible for the deployment and implementation of network equipment and projects to ensure smooth business operations; also in charge of daily operation and maintenance of office and production equipment (such as computers, printers, PDAs, etc.) to ensure efficient and stable performance. * Collaborate with business departments to provide on-site operational support, manage network assets, and be able to travel on short notice as required to support local business operations. * Possess a customer-oriented service mindset and strong sense of responsibility, with excellent learning ability, problem-solving skills, and teamwork/communication skills. * Ability to provide desktop support for approximately 200 endpoints, including experience in on-site and remote troubleshooting across multiple campuses or office locations. * Understand basic data center/server room construction and setup requirements, able to coordinate with service providers for server room deployment, conduct on-site and remote supervision according to company standards, manage quality control, and promptly identify and report any non-compliance issues. ## Related Videos - [Your next 10x engineer isn't in your city.
