Do you have experience in Technical recruiting?, * PhD in Physics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field

 * At least 3 years of relevant industry experience, * Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with a diverse team of experimental physicists, hardware, and software engineers
 * Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a changing work environment
 * Ability to hire the best talent from academia and industry
 * Experience with quantum information theory and quantum error correction
 * Familiarity with Python and at least one compiled language such as C, C++, or Rust
 * Strong understanding of best practices for software development

## Description

* Hire and manage a team of high-performing QEC researchers and software engineers.
 * Contribute 30-50% of your time towards hands-on QEC/SW projects
 * Maintain ongoing communication with other technical managers, project leaders, and team members to ensure work is allocated effectively and efficiently
 * Help to provide logistical support to create the infrastructure for the team to accomplish their goals.
