The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Workday Extend development, hands-on integration experience, and exposure to emerging Workday AI technologies. This individual must be highly self-directed, comfortable operating in an ambiguous and fast-paced retail environment, and capable of driving initiatives from concept through execution with minimal oversight. Workday Extend Development (50-60%) * Design, develop, test, and deploy new Workday Extend applications. * Partner with HR, Finance, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver custom solutions. * Enhance user experience through custom application development and workflow automation. * Support the full application lifecycle including architecture, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing optimization. Workday AI & Agent Enablement (20-30%) * Support implementation and adoption of Workday AI capabilities. * Configure and enable Workday Agents and Agent System of Record (ASOR) functionality. * Partner with internal AI engineering teams to integrate enterprise LLM platforms, including Gemini, with Workday. * Support AI Gateway implementation, orchestration initiatives, and emerging Workday AI use cases. * Participate in Workday early-adopter programs and AI innovation initiatives.
