## About the Role

Do you have experience in Reliability analysis?, * Bachelor's degree in engineering with 5+ years, OR 12+ years of directly related experience

 * You must have strong experience in equipment reliability within manufacturing environments
 * You will have experience with RCA, FMEA, CMMS systems, and data-driven maintenance strategies
 * Working knowledge of mechanical systems, PLCs, instrumentation, and process controls
 * Foundational understanding of Lean Production System principles, with the ability to apply, own, and drive improvements in reliability and maintenance processes Also, you will need to have strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills

## Description

* In this role, you will lead and drive equipment reliability initiatives by partnering across maintenance, engineering, and operations
 * You will own and improve reliability metrics (uptime, MTBF, MTTR) and analyze data to identify trends and issues
 * Moreover, you will lead root cause analysis (RCA), FMEA, and reliability risk assessments
 * Further, you will develop and optimize preventive and predictive maintenance strategies
 * You will apply, own, and drive Lean Production System principles to improve equipment reliability, eliminate waste, and enhance maintenance and operational processes
 * You will support capital projects, design reviews, and MOC processes
 * Also, you will support continuous improvement initiatives and resolve high-impact equipment issues
