The LIS Analyst will play a critical role in maintaining, optimizing, and supporting laboratory information systems to ensure accurate data flow and efficient clinical workflows., * Support and maintain Laboratory Information Systems, ensuring optimal performance and system reliability.

 * Configure, test, and implement system upgrades, enhancements, and new functionalities.
 * Troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective solutions.
 * Collaborate with laboratory staff, IT teams, and clinical stakeholders to optimize workflows and system utilization.
 * Ensure accurate integration and data exchange between LIS and other healthcare systems.
