## About the Role

* 10+ years of overall IT experience with at least 5 years in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or Integration Engineering roles.
 * Strong expertise with enterprise integration platforms, with TIBCO experience highly preferred.
 * Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools, automation frameworks, and release management processes.
 * Experience with source control systems such as Git, Bitbucket, and SVN.
 * Scripting experience using Shell, Maven, Ant, or similar technologies.
 * Strong SQL and database environment experience.
 * Proven experience managing and supporting large-scale integration environments.
 * Strong troubleshooting, production support, and incident management skills.
 * Experience working with distributed and offshore teams.
 * Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively in fast-paced environments., * Experience with API management platforms such as Mashery.
 * Performance testing experience using tools such as JMeter.
 * Experience supporting large-scale enterprise system integrations.
 * Strong understanding of integration architecture and middleware technologies.

## Description

We are seeking an experienced Integration DevOps Lead to support and manage enterprise integration platforms, CI/CD processes, and DevOps initiatives within a large-scale environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in platform engineering, automation, integration technologies, and production support, with expertise in TIBCO and related integration ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities

 * Lead DevOps and platform engineering efforts for enterprise integration environments.
 * Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks.
 * Support and optimize large-scale integration platforms, ensuring high availability and performance.
 * Manage source control repositories and deployment processes using tools such as Git, Bitbucket, and SVN.
 * Develop and maintain automation scripts using Shell, Maven, Ant, or similar technologies.
 * Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues across integration environments.
 * Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and operations teams to streamline deployment and release processes.
 * Work closely with distributed and offshore teams to ensure successful project delivery.
 * Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures for recurring issues.
 * Support database-related activities and integration workflows involving SQL environments.
