This leadership role is ideal for professionals with experience in: * Electrical Construction Management * Commercial or Industrial Construction Operations * Field Operations Leadership * Project & Workforce Coordination * Electrical Contracting Operations As Operations Manager, you'll play a critical role in supporting project teams, driving operational efficiency, mentoring leaders, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and at the highest quality standards., The Operations Manager - Electrical Construction serves as a strategic operational leader supporting the Division Manager in overseeing daily field operations, workforce planning, project coordination, safety initiatives, and team performance. This position helps ensure projects are completed: * Safely * Efficiently * Profitably * On Schedule * To Quality Standards The role includes extensive collaboration with Project Managers, Superintendents, clients, vendors, subcontractors, and executive leadership. Training & Travel Ace Electric provides a structured 90-day onboarding and leadership training program that includes travel to: * Jackson, TN * Jackson, MS * Columbus, OH * Valdosta, GA Following training, the role will primarily operate from the Kennesaw/Atlanta division office.
