## About the Role

Do you have experience in Ticketing system technical support?, * Excellent communication and customer service skills

 * 3+ years of IT support experience preferred
 * Strong understanding of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and common business applications
 * Basic knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
 * Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
 * Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft, etc.) are a plus, * Help desk: 3 years (Required)
 * Ticketing System: 1 year (Required)
 * End-User Assistance: 1 year (Required)

## Description

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented IT Technician to join our team. The IT Technician will provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and assist with maintaining hardware, software, and network systems. This role requires strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities

 * Provide technical support to end users via phone, email, remote tools, and onsite visits
 * Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, and related hardware
 * Provide support and troubleshooting on Network Hardware IE: Switches, AP's, Firewall, etc.
 * Troubleshoot and resolve software and network issues
 * Assist with managing Microsoft 365, email, and user accounts
 * Perform system updates, backups, and routine maintenance
 * Document issues and solutions within the ticketing system
 * Support IT projects and system rollouts as needed
