## Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Seaport Project Manager to lead a major 4-year marine infrastructure project based in Miami. This is a high-impact role requiring a Civil Engineer specializing in ports and waterways (BS in Civil Engineering - Ports, Canals & Coastal focus)., * Strategic Planning & Execution - Define project roadmap, allocate resources, and ensure alignment with owner's goals.

 * Budget & Cost Control - Oversee multimillion-dollar budgets, forecast expenses, and drive cost efficiency.
 * Risk Management - Identify, assess, and mitigate technical, financial, and schedule risks.
 * Leadership & Team Development - Lead cross-functional teams (engineers, contractors, subcontractors) and foster collaboration across cultures.
 * Contract & Claims Management - Expert in FIDIC or similar international contracts, change orders, and dispute resolution.
 * Schedule Management - Mastery of Primavera P6/MS Project to deliver on time.
 * Quality & HSE Compliance - Ensure world-class safety and quality standards on-site.
 * Stakeholder Communication - Interface with port authorities, government agencies, and client executives.
