The Senior ERP Analyst/Developer - HRMS/Payroll Suite provides advanced technical and functional expertise in the design, development, implementation, integration, and support of Human Resources, Benefits, Time & Labor, Payroll, and related ERP applications., * Analyze, design, develop, test, and deploy ERP HRMS and Payroll solutions.

 * Support Human Resources, Payroll, Benefits Administration, Time & Labor, Position Management, Recruiting, and related modules.
 * Gather and document business requirements and develop technical solutions.
 * Design and develop custom interfaces, workflows, reports, and application enhancements.
 * Perform system upgrades, patches, and application maintenance activities.
 * Conduct testing, quality assurance, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
 * Develop and maintain technical and functional documentation.
 * Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and IT stakeholders.
 * Support data conversion, migration, and integration initiatives.
 * Provide production support and participate in on-call support activities when required.
