Do you have a valid Bar license?, Do you have experience in Vendor contract management?, * Active license to practice law in any U.S. jurisdiction, in good standing

 * Significant experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating:
 + SaaS agreements
 + MSAs
 + IT consulting agreements
 + Professional services agreements
 + Vendor and technology contracts
 * Strong commercial contracting and risk-assessment skills
 * Ability to provide practical, business-oriented legal advice
 * Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
 * Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision
 * Flexible and responsive, with the ability to manage changing priorities and fluctuating workloads

## Description

* Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of technology and commercial agreements, including:
 + Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) agreements
 + Master Services Agreements (MSAs)
 + IT consulting agreements
 + Professional services agreements
 + Technology vendor and procurement contracts
 * Identify and mitigate contractual, operational, and business risks
 * Advise internal stakeholders on technology-related contracting matters
 * Support vendor management and procurement initiatives across the organization
 * Collaborate with legal, procurement, IT, and business teams to facilitate contract execution and compliance
