## Description

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to support the design, development, enhancement, and maintenance of enterprise workflow applications. This role will serve as a technical leader responsible for building scalable applications, supporting integrations, mentoring developers, and driving software engineering best practices across the development lifecycle., * Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using C# and .NET technologies.

 * Build and support SSIS jobs and application integrations.
 * Develop modern web applications using Angular or React.
 * Design and implement microservice-based architectures.
 * Support production applications and troubleshoot complex system issues.
 * Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver enhancements.
 * Participate in Agile ceremonies and sprint planning activities.
 * Lead technical initiatives and provide project-level leadership.
 * Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or Concourse.
 * Coach and mentor junior developers.
 * Perform root cause analysis and drive continuous system improvements.
 * Contribute to architecture discussions and technical solution design.
