## About the Role

Do you have experience in Version control systems?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field

 * 3+ years of software development experience
 * Proficiency in Java, Python, or relevant programming languages
 * Active Secret clearance
 * U.S. citizenship required
 * Experience with version control (Git) and Agile development practices

Preferred Qualifications

 * Experience with Appian platform
 * Full-stack development skills
 * AWS or cloud development experience
 * Knowledge of DoD software development standards

## Description

Develops and maintains software features for Avum's government applications. Works across the full development lifecycle from requirements through testing and deployment., * Develop and maintain application features and bug fixes for government systems

 * Participate in code review processes to ensure quality and maintainability
 * Coordinate with QA teams on testing, defect resolution, and release readiness
 * Work with SMEs and clients to understand requirements and deliver solutions
 * Support production troubleshooting and incident response
 * Contribute to team estimation, sprint planning, and retrospectives
 * Maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles
