## Description

As an IT Support Specialist at VigorCare Pediatric Services, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our employees across all our locations. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency and security of our technology infrastructure, ensuring that our staff can focus on providing the best possible care to our patients., * Provide technical support to employees via phone, email, or in-person for hardware, software, and network-related issues.

 * Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely and efficient manner.
 * Install, configure, and upgrade computer hardware and software as needed.
 * Maintain and monitor network and system security, including firewalls, anti-virus software, and user access control.
 * Set up and maintain user accounts and permissions for various systems and applications.
 * Manage and maintain company email accounts and distribution lists.
 * Create and maintain technical documentation and user guides.
 * Assist with the procurement and inventory management of IT equipment and supplies.
