This role combines political analysis, technical data expertise, and partner-facing service. Primary responsibilities include administration and support of voter engagement tools, applied data analysis for campaign and democracy work, project management, and coalition coordination. Works closely with state and national teams to optimize tools and deliverables, develop cycle-specific products, and ensure partners are able to effectively use data to advance shared goals. A high level of discretion, accuracy, and independent judgment is required. Position Responsibilities * Providing data tools access, administration, and technical assistance to coalition partners * Translating political and voter data into actionable insights for partners and coalitions * Supporting state-level voter engagement and campaign planning through analysis and reporting * Managing priority projects related to data services and coalition support * Responsibilities may shift during election cycles to align with organizational and state priorities.
