## About the Role

Do you have experience in User training (technical support)?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * DoD Secret Clearance

 * Demonstrated experience working with SAP Navy ERP systems
 * Experience providing Tier 3 or advanced functional/technical support
 * Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to train diverse user groups
 * Understanding of Navy workflows, financial processes, or supply operations

## Description

* Lead end-to-end process diagnostics: root cause analysis, controls/exception analysis, and value quantification. Own efficiency KPI design and measurement (baseline target
 * post-implementation verification).
 * Design and implement solutions spanning SAP + adjacent tools: automation for exception handling and reconciliations workflow orchestration across teams/systems process standardization using templates and governance role-based dashboards and operational performance management
 * Translate business problems into solution options with tradeoffs (cost/effort/risk/time-to-value).
 * Partner with SAP functional teams (e.g., MM/SD/FI/CO) and integration teams to reduce manual steps.
 * Drive change adoption: new ways of working, controls alignment, training approach, and operational handoff.
 * Other duties as assigned
