This role sits within the Executive Experience function and is intentionally different from traditional help desk or enterprise IT support. You will own the end-to-end technology experience for assigned executives and their executive assistants, proactively managing environments, resolving issues quickly and discreetly, and anticipating needs before they become disruptions. You will operate in high-visibility, time-sensitive situations, often engaging directly with leadership during critical meetings, travel, and events.
