## About the Role

* Minimum 10+ years in unmanned systems, RF engineering, or CUAS-related disciplines, including 3-5+ years designing or integrating UAS/CUAS solutions.
 * Background in project management, engineering science, CAD programming, RF theory, basic circuit design, additive manufacturing, and CNC machining.
 * Knowledge of UAS/CUAS TTPs in the SOF community and experience with non-standard/SOF assets.
 * TOP SECRET clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

 * Hands-on experience designing custom UAS platforms or effectors for CUAS missions.

## Description

* Assist SGM and Deputy TT as UAS/CUAS SME, collaborating with partners to develop new tools and technology for SOF UAS/CUAS.
 * Prepare and develop requirements documentation (ICDs, CDDs, SPECAT, BOIPs, Test Plans, project folders).
 * Analyze operational requirements for UAS payloads, derive technical requirements, and design/prototype CUAS solutions.
 * Lead or support build, deployment, and sustainment of UAS/CUAS solutions on aggressive timelines.
