This on-site role is ideal for an IT support professional with 1 to 2 years of experience who enjoys hands-on desktop support, device configuration, asset management, and end-user technology support in a structured government and public sector environment. The Computer Technician will support device receipt, inventory validation, asset tracking, imaging, configuration, testing, deployment, and deskside installation. This is a great opportunity to work closely with experienced IT staff, follow established technology standards, and build practical experience with Windows 10, Microsoft Active Directory, system imaging, and enterprise device management processes.
