Preferred * Experience in motorsports, automotive performance, racing, fabrication, or aftermarket automotive sales. * Experience using CRM, eCommerce, or POS systems. * Prior sales, customer service, or technical support experience., * High School Diploma or GED required. * Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred. * Equivalent industry experience will be considered. ## Description The Sales & Support Technician serves as a primary point of contact for customers, dealers, and distributors. This role combines customer service, technical product support, and sales responsibilities to help customers select products, place orders, and achieve their performance goals. The ideal candidate is outgoing, organized, self-motivated, and possesses a strong understanding of drag racing vehicles, racing components, and motorsports. Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Customer Support * Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, website, and social media. * Build strong relationships through exceptional customer service. * Assist customers in selecting products that fit their vehicle application and performance goals. * Generate quotes and follow up on sales opportunities. * Process customer orders accurately and efficiently. * Maintain customer records and communications within company systems. * Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the entire sales process. Technical Product Support * Provide technical guidance and product recommendations for drag racing and high-performance vehicle applications. * Answer installation, fitment, troubleshooting, and product specification questions. * Coordinate with fabrication, production, and engineering teams to resolve customer concerns. * Stay current on company products, industry trends, and new product releases. * Develop knowledge of competing products and market offerings. * Assist in creating technical resources, product documentation, and customer education materials. * Support dealer and distributor technical inquiries.
