You will work alongside senior engineers on real production code that powers insurance call centers across the country. We are looking for someone hungry, coachable, and curious - formal CS background is not required if you can show you build things. Expect to learn a lot, fast, in a collaborative in-person environment. What you'll do * Ship features and bug fixes across our backend services, internal tools, and admin surfaces. * Write clean, tested code and learn our standards through code review. * Pair with senior engineers on harder problems and grow your scope over time. * Help maintain internal tooling, dashboards, and operational scripts. * Investigate and triage production issues with guidance from the team. * Write clear PR descriptions and runbooks. * Take feedback well and iterate quickly., * How many years of programming experience do you have (including school, internships, and serious side projects)? * Which languages have you used to build something real (not just tutorials)? * Please share a link to your GitHub, portfolio, or a project you are proud of.
