Beyond just project coordination or ticket management, we are looking for someone who can bring structure, accountability, visibility, and forward momentum to a fast-moving development team while helping align technical execution with business priorities. You'll work closely with developers, stakeholders, and leadership to drive high-impact initiatives from concept through release-maintaining and improving processes, removing blockers, increasing transparency, and ensuring the development team is executing effectively at every stage of delivery. The ideal candidate combines strong operational leadership, technical fluency, and organizational awareness with the ability to influence teams, improve execution, and create clarity in complex environments.
