This is a highly hands-on role focused on turning engineering concepts into operating systems. You will be one of our first five engineers, reporting directly to the CEO, with real ownership and visibility from day one. Working closely with the CEO, fabrication team, operators, and remote engineering resources, you will help build, commission, and optimize advanced water reuse systems. Approximately 50% of the role will focus on current customer projects, 25% on startup and field support, and 25% on R&D and next-generation technologies. The role includes periodic travel to customer sites, primarily in Northern California (estimated 10-20%).
